We will start our Como Lake taste journey in Menaggio with our local food expert.
We will visit the lab and the shop of one of the last traditional Como Lake fishermen. He will explain to us how fishing takes place in our area and you will taste the mighty symbol recipe of the Lake: the legendary Missoltino fish.

 

Next we will stop in a beautiful place in the ancient hamlet of Loveno where our sommelier will guide you to the tasting of a local wine and goat cheeses from a local farm on Como Lake. Here the owner, cook and sommelier, delights his guests with tastings of excellent local products and selected wines. The search for excellence is always combined with simplicity and conviviality.

It’s time to reach a little place where we will visit a fish farm located in the heart of a valley beside an enchanted river.
